At Hard Yakka, we stand by the quality of our workwear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. If your gear isn't the right fit or doesn't meet your expectations, we provide easy returns and exchanges to get you back on the job.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with all original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized post office or collection point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
