We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and inseam to compare against our charts, as our workwear is designed for a functional fit that allows for movement.
What is your return policy on worn items?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on garments that have been worn on a job site or washed.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Are Hard Yakka boots covered by a warranty?
Yes, our footwear is built to last and comes with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
